However, if you are unsatisfied with our service, we offer a 100% refund within 14 days of your purchase.

REFUND POLICY

You can request a refund by contacting our customer support team within 14 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide the reason for dissatisfaction and evidence that you have stopped using our service.

To receive a refund from OnyxRank, customers must provide a valid crypto wallet address capable of receiving Ethereum. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the refund being voided.

It should be noted that any errors or inaccuracies in providing the wallet address are the customer’s responsibility and not OnyxRank’s. We do not assume liability for such mistakes.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that you are abusing our refund policy or have breached our terms of service.

Once we receive your refund request and verify that you meet the eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

EXCEPTIONS

Please note that we do not offer refunds for purchases made after the 14-day refund period has expired.

Refunds will only be issued if the customer has not used the service beyond a reasonable extent, which will be determined at our sole discretion.

Refunds will also not be issued if the customer violates any terms and conditions of the service.
