Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OnyxRank services, including our SEO agency services, Pro Intel newsletter, and the onyxrank.com website. By purchasing a subscription or using our services, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Services

OnyxRank provides SEO services including but not limited to keyword research, content production, technical audits, rank tracking, E-E-A-T authority building, GEO optimization, and revenue attribution reporting. Service scope varies by plan (Growth, Pro, Enterprise) as described on our pricing page.

OnyxRank also offers the Pro Intel newsletter, a paid subscription product delivering weekly SEO intelligence, keyword opportunities, tactical playbooks, and related content.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

All services are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription begins on the date of your first payment and renews automatically on the same date each month. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all recurring fees.

Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice to active subscribers. Existing subscribers retain their current rate for the duration of their active subscription unless otherwise agreed.

3. No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Because our services involve immediate allocation of resources, strategic planning, and content production that begins upon subscription activation, we do not offer refunds for any paid period, whether partial or complete. This applies to all agency plans (Growth, Pro, Enterprise) and to the Pro Intel newsletter subscription.

If you are dissatisfied with our services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive services through the end of the period you have already paid for. No credit, refund, or proration will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. There are no long-term contracts, cancellation fees, or early termination charges. To cancel, email info@onyxrank.com or manage your subscription through your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Content Ownership

All content produced by OnyxRank for your website - including articles, schema markup, technical recommendations, and audit reports - is owned by you upon delivery. You have full rights to use, modify, publish, and distribute this content without restriction.

Content included in the Pro Intel newsletter remains the intellectual property of OnyxRank. Subscribers may use insights and frameworks for their own business purposes but may not redistribute, resell, or republish newsletter content without written permission.

6. No Guarantees

OnyxRank provides SEO services on a professional best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic levels, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties (Google, Bing, AI search platforms) and are subject to change without notice. SEO results depend on numerous factors including but not limited to domain history, competitive landscape, content quality, technical infrastructure, and algorithm updates.

Any case studies, projections, or performance estimates shared by OnyxRank are based on historical data from prior engagements and are not guarantees of future results.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to your website, content management system, and analytics platforms as needed for service delivery. You are responsible for implementing technical recommendations on your own infrastructure unless otherwise agreed. Delays in providing access or implementing recommendations may impact the timeline and effectiveness of our work.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat proprietary business information, strategies, performance data, and client data as confidential. OnyxRank will not share your business information with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law. We may reference your company in anonymized case studies unless you opt out in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnyxRank's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for services in the three months preceding the claim. OnyxRank is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost rankings, or business interruption.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
