Outdoor goods DTC brand with strong product but pure paid acquisition model. Organic sessions were 2,000 per month from branded queries only. CAC had risen 4x in 18 months and the brand needed a non-paid moat fast.
The Strategy
What we did
We rebuilt the entire site architecture around problem-aware buyer journeys, deployed Product, Review, AggregateRating, and FAQPage schema across the full catalog, and built 60 long-form content pieces targeting commercial-intent buyer research. Then ran a Reddit authority program in 12 outdoor-niche subreddits to build LLM citation signals.
