Where they started
8-rooftop dealership group with rooftops cannibalizing each other for the same model + city queries. Inventory pages went stale within 24 hours and triggered thin-content issues at scale. Service department was losing local rankings to chain competitors with stronger LocalBusiness schema.

What we did
We rebuilt inventory page architecture with proper canonical and freshness handling, deployed AutoDealer schema across every rooftop, built city-specific service-department pages with LocalBusiness and Review schema, and consolidated brand authority signals to the group level while preserving rooftop-level local pack presence.
The Results
What the work produced
Service department bookings grew 186% over 9 months, generating $1.4M in attributable revenue. Local pack appearances grew from 12 to 47 across the 8 rooftops. Branded search volume increased 4.1x as the group's brand entity took hold across the metro area.
