Where they started
Litigation boutique with 18 partners and zero digital presence beyond a brochure site. All new business came from referrals. The managing partner wanted to build an organic moat before retiring referral sources started churning.

What we did
Built Person schema for all 18 partners with verifiable links to bar associations, law school faculty pages, and prior publications. Rebuilt every practice area page around buyer-intent queries with proper FAQ and Service schema. Published 60 long-form analyses on emerging case law where the firm had real expertise. Secured citations in 9 industry publications.

$4.2M in new pipeline attributed directly to organic search over 12 months. 47 first-page rankings for commercial queries. The firm now ranks in the top 3 for 6 of its primary practice-area keywords. Partner-named searches grew fivefold.
