The Challenge
Where they started
12-location dental group with inconsistent NAP data across 40+ citation sources, generic provider bios, and service pages that read like every competitor's site. Each location was competing against the others for the same local queries.
The Strategy
What we did
Audited and corrected NAP data across all citation sources. Deployed Physician and Person schema for all 38 providers with verifiable credentials and links to dental school faculty pages, board certifications, and prior publications. Rebuilt service pages around real patient questions surfaced from PAA and call-center transcripts. Implemented LocalBusiness schema with location-specific Review and AggregateRating data.
The Results
What the work produced
1,840 net new patient appointments attributed to organic search over 8 months, generating $2.1M in new patient revenue. Local pack appearances grew from 8 to 24 across the 12 locations. Provider-name search volume increased 3.4x as the entity infrastructure took hold.
